The office will be closed Thanksgiving and Friday. Maintenance will be off, as well.

Office hours will also be VERY limited from Friday, November 18 through Sunday, November 27, since we follow the BISD calendar.

We also have PET RESTRICTIONS. No Pit Bulls (or similar breeds), German Shepherds, Chows and any of their mixes. Mixed breeds will require a photograph with your application.
Square Footage calculation is given by Tarrant County Appraisal District (http://tad.org).
Flooring and fixtures are subject to change. Photos shown on this site are to give you a preview of the property. Please, take time to view it in person.
There may be a pending application for a property you are interested in, so please call us for a showing.
The longest we can hold a property is 10 DAYS, and only with an approved application, full deposit, and signed lease.
