COVID-19 & Repair Requests

Dear Residents,

Due to recent closures to reduce the spread of possible COVID-19 (novel coronavirus), McNary & Company will only send maintenance for emergent repairs.

Also, please refrain from coming into the office unless it is absolutely necessary. You can still drop your rent quickly in the dropbox outside and any other issues can be addressed swiftly with an email or phone call. 

We all know that rain, sleet, hail or flu, that John comes into the office. He is 94 and we are trying to minimize any potential exposure that may happen.

Our insurance company has started making random property condition inspections. They will be taking photos of the property and getting on the roof.
We do not have any control over them, but they should try to make contact first by knocking on the door or ringing the bell.
